Bring Your Daughter to Clemson Day

Each year, the Clemson Women's Alumni Council hosts an event called 'Bring Your Daughter To Clemson Day', during which young women get the opportunity to learn about the various kinds of research being carried out at Clemson.

Our lab group hosted a Clean Water workshop, where we taught students about how our water is cleaned in wastewater treatment plants, and how water can also be cleaned via ecological or biological means. The students got to build their very own physical filters made out of pebbles, sand, clay, cotton balls, and more!
